35 Year Old Fiberglass parts - sticky

Just purchased a 35 year old RV4 kit. The fiberglass wing tips and few other smaller tips are a little bit sticky on the inside?

These parts were not stored in great conditions.

Any thoughts on the cause of the "light stickyness" and how\if needed to correct? The parts seem to be structurally sound, I do not see any delamination, the "stickyness" is only on the inside of the parts.

Nothing wrong with the parts!

Probably, likely a polyester resin. It will not cure on the outside where exposed to the air. The mold side is clearly not exposed. They can use a wax that floats to the surface if that is needed, most don't as it is hard to bond later. If bonding clean with acetone or sand to start the process.

Leave it or clean off either way is ok.
