Jihostroj governor not holding RPM when the oil gets hot

Counter weighted MT 3 blade prop. Cold oil it spins right up to 2700. Once the oil warms up it only gets to 2680. If the oil gets very hot >220 it will only reach 2650. I read somewhere that these governors have a seal that can leak internally and cause this issue. The RPM is rock steady at my typical cruise setting of 2350. Are these governors rebuildable? Should I just replace it with a new one? Would it be better to switch to the MT?

I have almost 500 hours on mine. Worked flawless so far. My old rebuilt Woodward I cant say the same for.

Those are the same as the MT governor. Several service bulletins on those; I think MOD F deal with that issue.

I’m told the latest MT is their own design and manufactured by MT.

Could you post a link for the SB’s? Found a large list but most were props, or in German.
