Cessna pre-buy near Titusville, FL

Kind of off topic...but I've got a buddy that's looking for a part 135 pre-buy on a C180 near Titusville, FL. He lives in Alaska and works with me OCUNUS and wont be able to get there any time soon. If anyone can recommend someone highly reputable that can do a complete evaluation, including paperwork as he would like to add it to his 135 operation, he would be greatly appreciative...
