My #2 CHT has been running high lately, about 50 degrees. I inspected my baffles and seals and everything seems to be good there. Is there anything about that particular cylinder that would make it start running hot? I've got the Van's gauges. Is it possible one of them started becoming inaccurate?
 
Switch probes between #2 and #4 and see if you get the same readings. That should tell you if you have an instrumentation problem or something else.
