We've run our RV-3 down to about 15. It squats a lot and starts to rub the wheel pants. We've fought with shimmy for a while including two new sets of gear legs and stiffeners on and off. Finally found that a higher dollar set of tires and spending a lot of time on balancing the wheels solved the problem. We're currently running 30 pounds and have no shimmy.
