Cockpit brake lines

I’m getting ready to install my sub panel and want to do a little clean up before I do. Any ideas what I can do with the brake lines (see photo). I don’t plan on keeping the zip ties, just not sure how to secure them.

What about closing the firewall, any reasons why I shouldn’t before I install the sub panel?

All my firewall pass throughs are installed.

Appreciate your insight

Joe

I made a little stand off and used a couple of Adel clamps to keep the lines from rubbing against the firewall/stiffener.

I wrapped the tubes in duct tape (where the zip ties go) and used loose zip ties to keep the tubing in roughly one place. The duct tape is relatively soft and prevents the zip ties from eating the metal and paint. In 800 hours, have seen no wear between the zip ties and the nylon tubing.
