RV6A O-320 engine cooling

Wondering how many have trouble with engine cooling, mainly cylinders 3 and 4? A friend has the same model both plane and engine w/o issues. Only diff, he has vents in his lower cowl. Any input?

My input would be to post pictures of your cowl (top and bottom) and your baffles. The pictures need to be clear enough to see omissions and oversights. Often, there are leaks or mis-alignments in the baffles or seals, and not everyone gets the upper inlet ramps right.

I had a problem with #3 with my O-320 in my RV 6A. I was able to cool it by putting a short baffle in front of #1 made with 3/4" angle.
