Ground adjustable cowl louvers.
I didn't want another control on the panel. Most builders I asked said they rarely changed them. Open in the heat and closed in cold. These have a siding shutter. Its a section of fiberglass with screw slots. Left one is partially closed. Right one is open. The Vans louvers inside have eight nutplates. Loosen the screws and the shutter is free to slide. Notice the tiny holes in the forward hole. A pick is inserted to slide the shutter. Tighten the screws and it's good to go.
