Dynon pitch servo installation

I?m installing the pitch servo in an RV-7. I?m going to bolt the Dynon servo bracket to the aircraft rib. Dynon says to locate the servo such that the angle between the the servo arm and the little servo push rod is about 90 degrees when the controls are neutral. I haven?t installed the tail yet. Are the elevators neutral when the elevator bellcrank is more or less vertical? (I realize I can adjust the length of the servo push rod later. I just want to do a decent job of locating the bracket/servo.)

Thanks

Yes. The bellcrank is vertical when elevator is neutral. Not a big deal since the linkage on the servo is adjustable. Can even get longer linkage from Dynon for cheap.
