Lycoming leaky cylinder oil return lines

TSFlightlines makes a kit of perfect fit oil return lines. After tightening the hose clamps regularly I finally eliminated the constant oil leaking from the hose transition. Very well made.

I originally put a deposit on a new Titan IO-540 before Continental bought them. I ultimately picked the Lycoming through Vans. I was concerned that Continental would stop producing them and leave...

Mine is mounted horizontal under the tail fairing

My ARTEX 345 had a Mfg software issue and the ELT self activated in my metal hangar. The satellite received the signal and I was notified 🤔

I highly recommend the Aerosport rudder trim

It works great. Easy rudder use on takeoff and landing. Helps with wind as gust protection on the ground. Set it and forget it. It will save you $, and most importantly...

Hartzell 3 blade

Make sure that your AHRS is properly configured

Make sure that you configure the AHRS properly on the setup page. Up/Down, facing fwd or back, etc. Then run the calibration on the compass and AHRS in the prescribed order per the installation...

You most definitely will need more holes

Before you install the seat pans. Do you want 5 pt or 4 pt rear seat harnesses? If 4, then don?t install the crouch strap bracket.

I would like a tighter fit for the landing light lens

I have read the responses. Unless anyone has any better advice then I'll tape the lens well to the fiberglass and heat it to form fit.

Fuel tank flange or bung

I want to install a fuel line return for my planned EFii system. I have a QB wings and the tank is sealed. EFii calls for a 3/8" line. They sell a bung with AN fitting and Spruce has a brass tank...
