The prop governor access cover is easy to put in a NPI thread with a tap.
(I have fixed pitch prop)

I think the guy from Anti splat suggested it. Worked well...

I did buy the HVLP version.

It came with a 1.7 tip so it worked very well with high solids primer.

HF sells a 1.3 tip for this version , available online...

I just did this with 12 year old Imron single stage paint. The only problem encountered is that Imron eventually becomes super hard .
Microfiber pad and very firm foam pads worked for me....

I would think 1/2 flaps would give a margin of safety.

I think the Onspeed folks showed that the RVs have almost the same calibration curves for clean and dirty. That's reassuring in Dynon's case
