We tapped the hinges for securing screws, cad plated and then made stainless cover plates..

Hinges were baked after plating to de-embrittle

Just note the slight difference in the prop...

Just note the slight difference in the prop governor drive ratio between ND and WD engines, not a big deal, just be aware when ordering your governor.

From browsing here, based on others experience, looks like there is a lot of work in the cabin top, doors,windows, panel, seats etc...
