Actually those tanks have to come off. As said this thing is not an airworthy airplane as I see it.
They can be taken off, drill them out and rip the tanks off. Not really as hard as some might say....

Just do not buy cheap or you will find one disconnected at the worst possible time.

Floating on landing is to much speed. Need to go out and get comfortable with slower speeds. Do a bunch of stalls at landing speeds etc. OH ya don't be afraid of adding power if sinking to much.
