FREE BBQ & Fly-In on Saturday March 25th at Springfield Downtown Airport (3DW) in Springfield, MO. Downtown Airport is under new management. 100LL prices have had a big price reduction, and is now in the "green" on Foreflight. Fly-In is from 9am-5pm with BBQ served at 11:30. On the menu is Tri-Tip with all the fixin's, and homemade ice-cream for dessert. There will be a NOTAM on Fly-In day, and possibly some other events happening. 3DW's new manager is Fulltron Aviation. Any NOTAM;s, changes, weather issues etc, and possibly more events will be posted on FulltronAviation.com. There IS such a thing as a FREE lunch, and it's on March 25th at 3DW. 3DW currently is home to a RV-4, RV-10 and another '10 under construction. We love RV's here so tell all your RV friends.
