NOTES:

-        Pilot should bring own tiedown kit, stakes, canopy cover, chocks, lawn chair, sunscreen and should have emergency food/water/supplies in plane (desert-like all around).

-        No low passes.

-        Pay when you arrive (registration is $35 - you will be issued a wristband that gets you into the Saturday night banquet). 

-  Friday ‘Sunset Social’ (pic1/pic2) on the ramp starting a few hours before sunset Friday.  Local micro brewery beer served.

-        Banquet is Saturday in the museum (pic)

o        5pm drinks (raffle ticket sales begin - $20 per ticket – must be present to win)

o        6pm food served (BBQ, Brisket, Chicken, etc. – 4 serving lines)

o        7pm trophies and raffle drawing

-        Please remember this is a high visibility event: FLY SAFE, ACT RESPONSIBLY, and ALWAYS ERR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION!
