#5:  What's wrong with this picture? (answer below)

Answer:
   Not much description needed.  Safety wire used to tie the lower ends of the cylinder baffles together, which isn't a bad thing unless it's running over (and sawing through) an oil return line.

Solution:
   Use the parts recommended by Lycoming, ECi, etc. - couple solutions actually (threaded rod, wire in teflon tube, etc).
